Placing Your Order
Here at Steel City Tools we like to keep things very simple so when you are ready to place your order you can do this in two ways:
1 - Buy straight from the website and your order will be despatched on the next working day.
2 - Call us on 07545 598489. We encourage communication and we know that it's sometimes easier for you and nicer to deal with an actual person rather than a computer screen.
After placing your order, if you believe that you might have entered incorrect information then contact us within 1 hour at email@example.com in order to prevent any possible delivery issues. Failure to do so will incur extra delivery charges.
Once you have placed your order you will be notified by email and/or text message confirming your order has been received and when it will be despatched.
We continually monitor prices across the internet to ensure we remain competitive whilst still providing unrivalled levels of service. We are committed to providing our customers with complete satisfaction and peace of mind. Periodically Steel City Tools is able to provide extremely competitive promotional offers which will be advertised via our social media platforms, email and also listed on our Promotions page. All prices are including VAT and delivery to UK mainland addresses. If your delivery address is outside of UK mainland, please see our delivery page for more information.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days goes by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
When unpacking your goods please be careful not to damage the packaging as there is an extra charge on returned goods in damaged packaging. These charges can be up to 50% of the product value.
If your product has been used or abused we will not accept the return, however if your product is damaged or any parts are missing when you have checked them it is very important to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos where possible.
No refund is given until the matter has been resolved and both parties are satisfied with the solution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be collected by our delivery company and we will not accept returns delivered back to us in any other way. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and the cost of collection where there is no fault or damage to the goods will be deducted from your refund.
